Shipping Information

We monitor all orders to ensure that they are shipped in a timely manner. Your order will be processed within 2 working days from the date of the order. Shipping time does not include holidays, weekends or the day you place the order. Please allow some extra lead time if you would like your purchase to be delivered during the last 2 weeks of December.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of your product and the distance from our store to the destination. Occasionally a larger size or special handling may affect the shipping charge. Depending upon the circumstances we will ship packages via either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. We have set our rates to approximate the rates charged to us by our delivery service providers.

Shipping Perishable Items

Perishable products, such as chocolates, cheeses, and meats may require additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any additional fees during the checkout process. We will not ship selected perishable food products during hot summer months. Other perishable products may require expedited shipping.

All perishable food items are carefully packed for safe delivery. Make sure to refrigerate all perishable products as soon as they are delivered. Please be sure that someone will be at the address to receive the delivery on the expected day. Perishable shipments do not require a signature for delivery and will be left at the recipient's address.
